About Senator Stan Gerzofsky

Senator Stan J. Gerzofsky is currently serving in the Maine Senate representing Senate District 10, which comprises Freeport, Brunswick, Harpswell and Pownal.

Senator Gerzofsky is not new to the Legislature. He was first elected to the Maine House of Representatives in 2000. During his four terms in office, he has served on the Criminal Justice and Public Safety Committee, serving as House Chair for the last 3 terms, as a member of the Judiciary Committee, the Joint Committee on Joint Rules, and the House Committee on Elections.

In the Legislature, Stan’s major areas of policy interest are civil liberties and public safety.

Senator Gerzofsky currently resides in Brunswick.
