Thanks for stopping by, and welcome to the Senate
Democratic Web site. Technology has changed in leaps
and bounds since I was first elected to public service
almost 40 years ago, and with the advent of the internet,
we are able to instantly keep in touch with our constituents
and members of the public – a thought that would
have been totally foreign to us years ago.
I am happy to be your connection to all the various
state agencies, and am here to serve you.
From the Maine Department of Human Services, to the
Maine Department of Labor, to Bureau of Motor Vehicle
questions, I am readily available to assist you, and
ultimately act as a liaison between you and the agency.
As your State Senator, I am also able to request Legislative
Sentiments as a means of recognizing individuals for
outstanding accomplishments and personal milestones,
such as wedding anniversaries and birthdays. I am happy
to try to fulfill any request that comes across my
desk.
