Dear Friends,
Thank you for stopping by my Legislative Web Site! It
is a real pleasure and honor to represent the people of
Senate District 24, which includes the municipalities of
Augusta, China, Oakland, Sidney and Vassalboro in Kennebec
County.
At the start of the 123rd Maine Legislature, I was elected
to serve as the Senate Majority Leader in the Maine Senate.
In this role, I work closely with my legislative colleagues
to move forward important legislation in areas like tax
reform, healthcare issues, and education reform.
As we take on these issues, it is important that everyone,
not just lawmakers, have a voice on these important matters
so that we may take our best ideas and create new opportunities
for the people of our state. As your elected leader, I
would like to hear what you think about these ideas, and
