Sen. Cathy Breen of Falmouth and the AARP will be hosting Fraud Fighter Workshops in Cumberland, Gray and Yarmouth. Millions of Americans are victimized by scams and identity theft every year – these workshops will teach ways to recognize and avoid the latest scam tactics.

“Fraud schemes are getting more and more sophisticated with recent technological advancements,” said Sen. Breen. “At these workshops people can learn how these fraudsters operate and how to avoid falling prey to them.”

Rep. Janice Cooper will also be co-hosting the Yarmouth workshop.
