Sen. Troy Jackson, D-Allagash, welcomed the Loring Jobs Corps Center Honor Guard to the State House on January 19, 2017.

The Honor Guard presented the colors in the Maine Senate that day, observed meetings of the Maine Senate and House of Representatives and met with Sen. Jackson. The group was accompanied by Roger Felix, the Business Community Liaison at the Loring Job Corps Center.

“It’s always an honor to welcome our youth to the State House,” said Sen. Jackson. “These kids have a bright future ahead of them if they keep working hard and I hope they continue on a path of civic and public service.”
