Sen. Grohoski, Rep. Russell announce March “Coffee with Constituents” events
Sen. Nicole Grohoski, D-Ellsworth, and Rep. Ron Russell, D-Verona Island, are announcing an in-person March “Coffee with Constituents” office hours event in Orland. Sen. Grohoski also will host a virtual event for residents of Senate District 7.
The in-person meeting will take place from 9:30 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 11 at the Craig Brook National Fish Hatchery in Orland. Rep. Russell will be co-hosting this event with Sen. Grohoski. Coffee and tea will be provided. The virtual meeting will take place over Zoom from 6:30 – 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Mar. 15. Join by typing into your browser or contact Sen. “As the Legislature enters its third month of work, I look forward to meeting with community members and hearing your thoughts, concerns and ideas, as well as sharing updates on our efforts. I hope you will be able to join me at one or both of the events,” said Sen. Grohoski.
“I am best able to advocate for our district at the State House when I hear directly from the people I represent. Whether it’s in-person at this event, by email or by phone, I hope constituents will reach out to me with questions, concerns and ideas. A big part of my job as state representative is helping folks navigate state government and access needed resources, so please reach out with those issues as well,” said Rep. Russell.
