Sen. Vitelli welcomes local “Doctor of the Day” to the Maine Senate

AUGUSTA — Sen. Eloise Vitelli, D-Arrowsic, welcomed Dr. Clota Snow of Topsham, to the Maine Senate as the Doctor of the Day for Jan. 24, 2019. Dr. Snow practices pediatrics at Maine General Medical Center.

Launched in 1997, the Doctor of the Day is a volunteer program which seeks to provide medical assistance at the State House in the event of a medical emergency. The program is operated with the cooperation and support of a number of organizations including the Maine Medical Association and the Maine Osteopathic Association.
