Senator Goodall to Host Public Forum about Legislative Matters
Meeting will serve as an opportunity for residents of Senate District 19 to share concerns and talk about the issues
AUGUSTA – As part of an on-going effort to bring matters from the State House in Augusta back home to the residents of the midcoast, Senator Seth Goodall announced a public forum in Bath on Saturday, March 10, 2012 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Bath City Hall.
“It is an honor to serve as Senator,” said Goodall. “I value and appreciate an open dialogue on matters of importance to the people of our region.”
The public forum is open to anyone who would like to discuss legislative and state issues. The Maine Legislature is currently in the middle of its Second Regular Session and expects to adjourn in early April.
“There is a lot of work happening in the Legislature and many key issues that will affect our state,” said Goodall. “I want to hear more about what people have to say.”

Senator Goodall will give a brief overview of pending legislation and the budget, as well as answer questions.
Adding, “There is certainly no shortage of topics for conversation.”
