Senator Chris Johnson Welcomes Newcastle Doctor to Maine Senate

AUGUSTA – The Maine Senate welcomed Dr. Joann Kaplan, MD of Newcastle as “Doctor of the Day” during a recent legislative session. The “Doctor of the Day” program, which was created in 1996, gives medical professionals from around the state an opportunity to meet and interact with legislators at the State House. Dr. Kaplan was a guest of Senator Chris Johnson.
