Sen. Cameron Reny welcomes Aubrey Myers of Jefferson to serve as an Honorary Page in the Maine Senate
AUGUSTA — On Tuesday, April 8, Sen. Cameron Reny, D-Bristol, welcomed Aubrey Myers of Jefferson to the State House to serve as an Honorary Page in the Maine Senate. Aubrey is a student at Ashwood Waldorf School in Rockport.
“It was my pleasure to have Aubrey here with us in the Senate,” said. Sen. Reny. “Honorary pages help us stay organized and complete our work efficiently when things get busy. It’s always great to see kids getting involved in their state government.”
Honorary Pages perform various duties under the supervision of the Sergeant-at-Arms and other chamber staff, including delivering messages to senators and distributing documents throughout the Chamber.
