Sen. Miramant appointed to Citizen Trade Policy Commission

AUGUSTA — Sen. Dave Miramant, D-Camden, has been re-appointed to the Citizen Trade Policy Commission (CTPC) by Senate President Troy Jackson, D-Allagash. 

“Far too often, international trade deals put Mainers at an unfair disadvantage,” said Sen. Miramant. “I am honored to once again be a part of the CTPC, where we will put the interests of Maine’s businesses and workers first.” 

The Citizen Trade Policy Commission was established to monitor the legal and economic impacts of trade agreements on state and local laws, working conditions and businesses in Maine.
