Sen. Pierce, Rep. Kuhn announce Constituent Office Hours event in Falmouth
Today, Sen. Teresa S. Pierce, D-Falmouth, and Rep. Amy Kuhn, D-Falmouth, are announcing a Constituent Office Hours event on Wednesday, Oct. 18 at Falmouth Memorial Library from noon to 1 p.m.
“As a legislator, it’s always important to hear what’s going on at the local level,” said Sen. Pierce. “I’ve always enjoyed having office hours where community members can come and share their thoughts. I’m excited to hear what’s on your mind as we prepare for the second session.”
“There is no substitute for connecting directly with residents on their hopes and concerns for the future,” said Rep. Kuhn. “I look forward to sharing more about the work we did in Augusta last session, and hearing about the issues residents care most about now as we gear up for when the Legislature reconvenes in January.”
Constituent office hours provide a chance for residents to hear updates on legislation, discuss issues affecting them, and obtain help navigating government services.
