Sen. Pierce welcomes Falmouth students to serve as Honorary Pages in the Maine Senate
AUGUSTA — On Tuesday, January 28, Senate Majority Leader Teresa S. Pierce, D-Falmouth, welcomed three Falmouth Public School students to the Maine Senate. Everett Kelley, Phoebe Bureau, and Allie Pugh served as Honorary Pages while the Senate was in session.

“I was happy to welcome Everett, Phoebe, and Allie to the Maine Senate this morning,” said Sen. Pierce. “My colleagues and I were busy on the Senate floor referring bills, debating the confirmation of the next Public Advocate and preparing for the Governor’s State of the Budget address. The Pages helped us complete our work efficiently and accurately, and I am glad they were able to join us.”
Honorary pages perform duties such as delivering messages to Senators and distributing amendments and supplements in the Chamber under the supervision of the Sergeant-at-Arms and other chamber staff. Those wishing to sign up as Honorary Pages should contact Alex Ferguson in the Senate Secretary’s Office at Alex.Ferguson@legislature.maine.gov or (207) 287-1540.
