Ian Ferguson, son of Sharon and Charles Ferguson, recently earned the high rank of Eagle Scout in Troop 609. Senator Chris Johnson (D-Somerville) and Representative Lori Fowle (D-Vassalboro) joined in honoring Ian at the ceremony at Windsor Town Hall.
