Senators Duson, Nangle announce upcoming Westbrook Community Office Hours
WESTBROOK — Senate Assistant Majority Leader Jill Duson, D-Portland, and Sen. Tim Nangle, D-Windham, today announced upcoming Constituent Office Hours in Westbrook for residents of the city of Westbrook. Westbrook State Representative Drew Gattine will co-host the event.
Community Office Hours in Westbrook will take place on Saturday, October 18 from 10:30 a.m. to noon at the Westbrook Community Center and provide residents a chance to meet with their representatives, share ideas, ask questions and get help connecting with state government services.
“I’m looking forward to this chance to hear what’s on the mind of my neighbors and friends in Westbrook and learn more about their priorities as our delegation prepares to reconvene in January,” said Sen. Duson. “From supporting the construction of affordable housing and the downtown revitalization efforts, to protecting our freedoms and access to affordable health insurance, we will continue to represent Westbrook’s interests when we return to the State House. I hope you can join us and be a part of this discussion.”
“I’m excited to join my colleagues and have this opportunity to connect directly with residents of Westbrook,” said Sen. Nangle. “These conversations help guide the work we do in Augusta. From supporting our local economy and improving our roads to ensuring families can access the services they need, I hope folks will stop by to share their thoughts and experiences.”
