Senator Diamond Highlights MDOT Work Plan and What It Means for Senate District 26
The Maine Department of Transportation recently released its Work Plan for 2015-2017. As a member of the Legislature’s Transportation Committee, I am pleased to see the list of anticipated work throughout the state and our Senate District. Click on each municipality in Senate District 26 to view the local projects:
Baldwin (MDOT Work Plan) 2015-2017
Casco (MDOT Work Plan) 2015-2017
Raymond (MDOT Work Plan) 2015-2017
Standish (MDOT Work Plan) 2015-2017
Windham (MDOT Work Plan) 2015-2017
In the report, the costs listed are the total cost of these projects – some of which may extend into neighboring towns. It also shows a listing of maintenance work specifically recorded to the municipality in 2014, as well as any 2014 Local Road Assistance payments. Activities that are managed on a larger scale, such as snow & ice control, and maintenance work done by contract are not listed. The maintenance accomplishments may also extend into neighboring towns, but are listed in the first town where the work was reported. Finally, any capital projects that were completed in 2014 are also listed.
